"Nikki was easily the best insurance agent, customer service rep, etc., I’ve ever spoken to. She is a one of a kind agent/rep and the most down to earth person you can talk to. "It was time for our annual review of our insurance policies at State Farm. The agent assigned to us, Brandon Smith, was extremely through and knowledgeable. We went through each of my policies, (homeowners, life, auto, liability umbrella) line item by line item. He was able to answer all of my questions, offer suggestions and save me money. I will be certain to ask for him next year to do my review again!"

"Changed my review below from 5 stars to 1 star. I was quoted a price for my cars and renters insurance, paid for the first month, and then received around a dozen letters in the mail saying my monthly rate was increasing by about $50. When I called, the agent said they raised the rate after checking my score—after taking my payment. That’s completely unacceptable. You should verify everything before giving a quote and charging customers, not after. I switched from my old insurance based on your quote, and now I’m stuck paying more. If you truly cared about customer satisfaction, you would’ve honored the original rate—even if it was your mistake. Old review: I had the pleasure of speaking with Brandon over the phone today regarding car insurance for my family and me, as well as renters insurance—and I couldn’t be more impressed with the experience. He was professional, knowledgeable, and incredibly helpful throughout the entire process. Brandon took the time to explain everything clearly and made sure I felt confident in the coverage options we chose. He made what could have been a stressful task feel easy and stress-free. I highly recommend Brandon to anyone looking for a trustworthy and efficient insurance agent. Thanks again for the outstanding service!"

"Brandon Smith has been the best insurance representative at Statefarm West Chapel, Florida. I recently renewed my policy with him, and he was able to provide me excellent assistance in regards to making sure that my policy is active and is accurate. Not only that he was able to set up a separate homeowners policy session with me to go over all the policy detail details to make sure that I am completely Covered for my auto and Home policy. "It is now 8 months after our date of loss and we still have a tarp over our roof! State Farm has done nothing but drag their feet, raise rates and has still not made any payment towards repairs. After thirty years as a customer, this is a disgusting disappointment. It's not the same company that it used to be."
